Biografie: Willem Jan Pieter Van Der Does
Willem Jan Pieter (Willem) van der Does was born on the 20th of april in the year 1889 in Rotterdam en died in Zeist on the 3th of februari 1966. Untill 1946 he had worked in Indonesia. In this country he made paintings of landscapes, cities, villages and the sea. He is famous for the colours and the use of light in his paintings.
