Carved wood relief, with a contemp. handwritten label on the reverse mentioning artist's name, date, title and inscribed with 'r. Amnesty International'. Several cracks in wood as usual, minor surface grime in places, good condition.
Provenance: Private collection; Sotheby's, Amsterdam, benefit auction in the Stedelijk Museum on 8 June 1986, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Amnesty International. Notes: In his works Pjotr Müller brings together architecture, autonomous sculpture and landscape art.
